Role Overview

You will be the voice of Gogo Cabs — the first point of contact for our driver partners and customers. Your primary job is to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, run follow-ups, and keep our operations running smoothly on the ground. Beyond calls, you'll handle day-to-day system work — updating records, tracking status, flagging issues — that keeps the backend clean and reliable.

Openings & Shift Timings
  • Female Candidates: 6 openings available (Day Shifts)
  • Male Candidates: 2 openings available (Night Shifts)
What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound calls from driver partners regarding onboarding, payments, and support
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to drivers for document verification and confirmations
  • Coordinate with customers on booking confirmations, feedback, and support
  • Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM and internal operations dashboard
  • Support the operations team to ensure trip fulfilment and eliminate gaps
  • Assist with system data entry, status checks, and record updates in the backend
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in English & Malayalam (both mandatory for now)
  • Other regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi) are good to have
  • English communication sufficient for internal reporting and written updates
  • Clear, calm, and confident phone manner under all scenarios
  • Basic computer literacy — comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-driven with high accountability
  • Prior experience in customer support or call centers is a plus (not mandatory)
